[03 Crafty Favourites]

Hihi crafters!

After being exposed to the craft (mainly scrapbooking and cardmaking industry) for months, I've found some of my favourite products which I would like to share.

Papers
Love Doodlebug's cutesy patterns and American Craft's different lines (Pebbles, Dear Lizzy, Amy Tangerine, Maggie Holmes, Crate Paper). Lawn Fawn's papers are quite nice too (the polka dot ones). Usually, I will get the 6x6 paper pads if I really like the collection.

Collections
Homegrown (great for family themes), Happy Day by Pebbles
Fine & Dandy, Daydreamer by Dear Lizzy
Rise & Shine by Amy Tangerine
My Girl by AC

Embellishments
I don't really purchase embellishments since I don't find them worth the money. But Thickers from AC is a must have since they're so versatile and can be used anywhere. Sometimes I get those cheap ones from Popular but I must say the quality is quite bad. Doodlebug's cardstock stickers are nice too.

Stamps
Definitely photopolymer because I like sharp crisp lines!
Lawn Fawn, Avery Elle, Mama Elephant, Penny Black are the ones I have and love.

Ink Pads
I use Memento Tuxedo Black as my standard black ink. Currently, I have 8 different colours of pigment ink pads from Mama Elephant which seem pretty good so far. Also have a few distress inks which are more used for... distressing, not to get sharp images.

Die Cutting Machine
Only have the Sizzix Big Shot (Blue and Teal) which I bought from Spotlight a couple of days ago with a $40 off at the promo price of $99.50! But I started using it only ytd with an embossing folder from Dear Lizzy, I kinda like the results so far. The machine is rather versatile since you can emboss and cut almost all thin materials like foil, acetate, felt, paper, etc. Can't wait to use it on dies!!

I'm still building up and organising my scrapbooking stash so maybe I'll add more stuff in the future.

Can't wait for Lawn Fawn's new release tmr!

Till the next post,
Carolyn
